The Towle Theater is pleased to present the eighth annual installment of the Holiday smash hit “A Fabulous ’50s Christmas.” It pays homage to the Perry Como and Andy Williams Christmas specials of the 1950s and ’60s.
Towle Theater is located in downtown Hammond, 5205 Hohman Ave.
The show is revised each year with new songs and vintage 1950s TV commercials. It’s a nostalgic trip back to the 1950s, with the Christmas songs you know and love, along with commercials such as Heinz Ketchup, Liquid Trend and Viv Lipstick.
Returning patrons as well as newcomers won’t want to miss what has become Northwest Indiana’s holiday tradition. It is appropriate for the whole family.
The production is under the direction of Jeff Casey and vocal and musical direction of Valerie Cook. The cast includes Kristen Estes (Munster), Michelle Gessert (Munster), Morgan Papesh (Munster), Gina Vitucci (Frankfort, IL), Kevin Bellamy (Hammond), Christian Fary (Hammond), Aaron Itczak (Crown Point) and Blake Zolfo (Chicago).
This show has played to sold-out audiences the past seven years.
Tickets are $15, all in advance and all are non-refundable. No one under six years of age will be admitted. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to curtain. After that time, tickets may be released to patrons that are waiting.
Anyone arriving after curtain will be seated at intermission. The Towle will no longer seat late arriving guests during the show. Curtain will not be held. Doors are locked once the show has started. Performances run Nov. 26-28, Dec. 3-4, 10-12 & 17-19.
