Trinity Lutheran School in Hobart is accepting enrollments for its early childhood program, all day Kindergarten and grades one through eight. The 2011-2012 school year begins Aug. 23. For over 100 years, Trinity Lutheran has been a continuous and significant educational source in the greater Hobart community. Trinity Lutheran prepares students for high school, college, and beyond. Enrichment classes in the fine arts, music, technology, and physical education are all important components of Trinity’s curriculum. The library program is designed to foster a community of lifelong readers. In addition to an extensive athletic program there are other extracurricular activities including clubs and musical activities. Students and their families participate in a variety of special events through out the school year. Trinity Lutheran School is accredited by the National Lutheran School Accreditation (NLSA). The evaluation process examines academic quality and spiritual dimensions of the school. The school has also been approved for accepting state school vouchers. The principal, Danny Sandmann, has announced that the Board of Christian Education has approved the school’s participation in Indiana’s School Choice Program.
