purchase viagra over the counter without prescription. . take Goals: Improve community relations, promote job growth, to serve the people of Portage as a true representative. I returned from Afghanistan in March of 2010 and certain changes really stood out.  Some of them disturbed me and when I would reach out to city officials, I was ignored. I believe in representative government. I want the people who elect me to tell me what they want of me.

There is a need to keep the city and its department heads financially accountable to constituents. Our city is growing and that growth needs to be handled properly.  With more people in the city, we need to continually invest into our police, fire, and street departments.

I also want the city to become more business-friendly and work with businesses to bring jobs to Portage. We are the largest city in Porter County and it is time we start acting like it.

To ensure balance on the City Council so the hard questions are being asked – and answered by responsible elected officials. To be a loud and strong voice for the 2nd District. I am honored and humbled to have received the endorsement of Valparaiso Firefighters Local 1124. I have stated from the beginning of my campaign that government is always a question of priorities and public safety has to be priority No.1. I look forward to working with the brave men and women of the Valparaiso Fire Department in continuing to move Valparaiso’s public safety infrastructure as we proceed in the 21st Century. My three brothers, my sister and I grew up in the 2nd District on Oak Street next to Kirchhoff Park. I attended Thomas Jefferson Elementary and Junior High schools. I graduated from Valparaiso High School in 1988. Valparaiso was and is a great place to grow up. In fact, Valparaiso is just a fantastic and great city, plain and simple. But its greatness isn’t only a recent phenomenon. I applaud much of what the current administration and council have done, but there was much accomplished before and hopefully much will be done in the future, this is what truly makes a city; its history and its future. Valparaiso, at its core, remains a great place to raise a family and a great place in which to live. This is why my parents chose to move here more than 40 years ago. Many different people with diverse ideas and beliefs have contributed to our great community and I hope, with your help, in some small way to give back to the city and the people that have given me so much.
