Addison Pointe is 100-bed skilled nursing facility in Chesterton offering comprehensive services in skilled rehabilitation therapy.  TLC Management has named Glenn Wagner Addison Pointe’s administrator.

Wagner began his career in long-term care at the age of 20 in the maintenance department of Miller’s Merry Manor in Huntington.  He attended St. Francis College in Ft. Wayne, with the goal of becoming an administrator. He completed the AIT program at Byron Health Center in Ft. Wayne in 1983 and joined Beverly Enterprises shortly thereafter.

Wagner has been an administrator at several facilities in Porter County. This included over nine years with Beverly Enterprises, where he was also a regional director of operations. For the past 15 years, he has been the administrator at the Waters of Duneland in Chesterton.
