This year’s hunt will take participants from place to place and clue to clue across both Chesterton and Porter to learn the incredible history in our own backyard.  Begin the hunt between 1 and 3 p.m. at the museum, 700 W. Porter Ave., Chesterton.

Participants should use bicycles or vehicles to conduct the hunt as it is approximately seven miles and will take about an hour to complete.

The hunt is fun for all ages, but parents or guardians should accompany children. In order to keep the game safer, participants will not have to cross a highway.  A treat awaits those who complete the hunt.
