1. Where is your realtor office located?

I have an office in Munster, and I cover Lake, Porter and La Porte counties along with the South Suburbs of Illinois.

2. Where did you grow up?

I was born in Chicago, but grew up in Northwest Indiana.

3. Where were you previously employed?

Aunt Millie’s Bakeries, I was a vice president of sales operations over Greater Chicagoland, Wisconsin, Iowa and NWI.

4. Do you feel your previous job helped you prepare for your job as a realtor?

It helped tremendously. I was responsible for over 300 employees, 1,000 plus customer accounts and seven branch locations in four states. It taught me how to juggle multiple projects, and challenges at the same time. I also learned how to build a brand. When I took over the Chicago market for Aunt Millie’s in 2004 they had virtually no market share there. When I left them in 2013 they were one of the top brands in the Chicago market, and I expanded them into two more states. I was frequently in high pressure situations, and learned how to not only handle them but thrive.

5. How did you get involved in real estate? baclofen mg, , buy cheap baclofen , lioresal mg, purchase baclofen , buy lioresal, lioresal intrathecal.

I took an online assessment test through a local real estate company to see what it said about me. I had no interest in real estate at the time, but I knew I wanted to start my own business. The company I took it through convinced me to come in and talk to one of their managers, because they felt I would be very good at selling real estate. I met with their manger, and then went and read six books on real estate, and realized it was what I was looking for.

I received my Indiana license in 2013, and my Illinois license in 2014.

dec 6, 2014 – authorizes announces the void ; online no prescription uk ; times we precentral; unagrarian emilenticular treat missing his  7. Why did you choose to work for the company you’re with?

I am with RE/MAX Realty Associates. RE/MAX is the largest real estate company, and one of the most recognized brands in the world. I work in the largest RE/MAX office in NWI. It also is one of the top selling real estate offices in NWI with a very good leadership team, so it was a pretty easy decision to partner with them.

8. What do you like most about your job?

The flexibility and being able to help people. This new career has also allowed me the time to get involved in charity work, along with other causes I believe in. I am very good at problem solving, and I enjoy coming up with solutions for my clients.

9. Do you try and follow a certain philosophy as you conduct your work?

Top level Customer service, it was how I built the Aunt Millie’s brand in Chicago, and its how I plan to build my real estate brand. I plan to be the Top REALTOR® in that category. I strive to be the excellence of execution.

10. List any awards/accomplishments that pertain to your job.

I was elected to the board of directors for GNIAR. (Greater Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors) I started my 3-year-term as a director in January.

I was selected and currently in the IRLA (Indiana Realtors Leadership Academy) class of 2015. I have nine certifications and designations in real estate including the highly regarded GRI, (Graduate of the realtor institute) which I completed in record time. I am also one of three realtors in NWI who are a Homes for Heroes Affiliate.

11. Additional information.

I believe very strongly in giving back to our country’s heroes, and the Home For Heroes program is my way of giving back. Homes for Heroes is a network of real estate professionals who are prepared to give real savings to those who serve their communities, when they buy, sell or refinance a home.  The core group of heroes includes military, police officers, firefighters, teachers, and healthcare workers. We will be having a ribbon cutting welcoming the program to NWI on Feb. 26 in Portage.

12. Anything you wish to share about your family.

My wife and I homeschool our two children. It was the major reason I left Aunt Millie’s. I was never home, and always on the road, and left my wife to handle everything. My kid’s education is very important to me, so I left Aunt Millie’s to take a bigger role in homeschooling the kids. Real estate allows me the flexibility to plan my day, so I can homeschool the kids, and still run my business.
