The Portage Summer Music Series will feature “ISLAND 49″ on Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at the Portage Woodland Park, 2100 Willowcreek Rd, Portage in the Oakwood Grand Hall.  This popular Jimmy Buffet tribute show is free to the public.
