S. O. S. – Speaking of Seniors- Saved Valpo client almost $3000

On March 29, I wrote a letter to a client about the resolution of his case and the resulting savings of almost $3,000.  With a few edits to protect the privacy of our client, here is that letter to the client.

Today, our office was notified that your bill for $2,960.56 was cancelled and that the bill now has a balance of zero.  Enclosed are copies of the two letters that I sent on your behalf which should result in you receiving confirmation by mail of the zero balance bill very soon.

Please, tell others about your experience with our insurance agency.  Let them know that this insurance agency really cares about our senior citizen clients and that we really do “go the extra mile” for our clients.  Let them know that when you received a medical bill for almost three thousand dollars and questioned the bill, all you had to do was give the bill to our agency and cooperate with our investigation of that bill.  Let others know that our efforts saved you almost three thousand dollars.

The Medicare system is far from perfect.  When mistakes or fraud attempts happen, senior citizens on Medicare can lose time and money.  If no one who is familiar with the system investigates the bill for possible errors or fraud, seniors get stuck paying a bill that they really don’t owe.

This insurance agency helped you with this bill AT NO CHARGE.  This insurance agency gives this high level of service to our senior citizen clients as a “value added” service to prove our commitment to our senior clients.  Please, recommend Senior Care Insurance Services to others.
