Our Greater Good announced their “Chefs Around the Table” fundraising event will be moved from its typical October date to Thursday, June 21. This change is due to a major renovation to Porter County Expo Center which will start after the Porter County Fair.
While the date has changed, the fun-filled format has not. Seventy-eight amateur chefs will be preparing their favorite recipe, so attendees can sample any or all of the delicious appetizers, soups or chilis, salads, sides, main dishes, and desserts. In addition to great food, a silent auction will feature some amazing items.
Proceeds from Chefs Around the Table support the initiatives of Our Greater Good, which focuses on strengthening families and ensuring that every child in Porter County has the opportunity to reach his or her full potential and live a fulfilling adult life. Tickets are $50 before June 20 and $60 at the door.
