Former hospital biller grateful for help

On October 19, 2018, a client brought a medical bill to our office and I worked with her to learn why she got the bill.  The client is from Merrillville.

I investigated the matter and found the cause of the medical bill problem.  My efforts saved her $70.85.  As she prepared to leave, I asked her to tell everyone she knows that our agency really does “go the extra mile” to help our clients resolve medical bill problems.

Oh, I know you do!  I used to work in the billing department of a local hospital.  Your firm was great about helping your clients fix medical bill problems.  So, when I retired, I knew that I just had to come to your insurance agency for my Medicare supplement insurance,” she responded.

What a compliment!

All the help that I gave this client – and every client – was free of charge.  This agency is proud of our reputation for “going the extra mile” to help our senior citizen clients resolve medical bill problems that are caused by mistakes or fraud in the Medicare system.  If your insurance agent or agency does not give this same high level of customer service, why not switch to an agency that does?
