Let the Dunes National Park Association help with gift giving this holiday season.
In this season of giving, a purchase of “Saving a Century of Progress” book or Lake Michigan poster will provide funds for thenational park.
Donations from these purchases help in securing equipment and services for the park, like the renovation and development of park facilities. Visit www.dunesnationalpark.org to purchase a book or poster.
“Our ever-popular DNPA poster is a Mitch Markovitz original design commissioned in support of the national park,” said Robin Carlascio, who does community outreach for the organization.
Fans of the Chicago World’s Fair may enjoy “Saving a Century of Progress”, as it chronicles the history of the homes that sit along the Indiana Dunes Lakeshore.
“These homes should be a footnote in history, that they are not is a testament to the affection and dedication of local individuals who have lovingly restored these living museums,” Carlascio said.
The Dunes National Park Association is a non profit organization founded in 2012. The foundation solicits funds for the benefit or support of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.
