Chesterton European Market

The Chesterton’s European Market is held every Saturday from May 4 through Oct. 26 from 8:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m. at 220 Broadway, next to Thomas Centennial Park. Artists, chefs, merchants and farmers travel from across Indiana, Michigan and Illinois to offer visitors their products and services. Featured are artisan breads and pastries, boutique creamery cheeses, ethnic foods, meats, spices, oils, rare books, clothing, accessories, jewelry and fresh-from-the-farm produce and flowers. Highland Street Market

The Highland Street Market runs Wednesdays, June 6 through Aug. 29, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. It is located at Main Square Park, 3001 Ridge Rd. On sale are fresh local product, baked goods, and other locally handcrafted items. Highland Main Street will also provide musical entertainment from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. all 12 dates. Michigan City Farmers Market

The Michigan City Farmers Market runs Sundays, May 5 through Oct. 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on the corner of 8th and Washington Streets in Michigan City. The market features locally-grown fruits and vegetables in season as well as craft items, flowers, and herbs. Featured are hanging baskets of flowers, pots of aromatic herbs, homegrown fruits and vegetables, and local honeys, butters, and cheeses, along with entertainment. Munster Farmer’s Market

The Munster Parks and Recreation Dept. invites you to the town’s annual Farmers Market. This event takes place on Tuesdays, May 28 through Oct. 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Centennial Park, 900 N. Centennial Dr. This market attracts people from all over Munster as well as surrounding communities. Live entertainment will be provided every other Sunday, starting May 20. Valparaiso Farmers Market

The Valparaiso Market is held Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from June 1 through Oct. 19. Hobart Summer Market on the Lake
