Invites You to Tour and Trees on Wednesday, Dec. 8

By Natalie Reisen, Director of Marketing and Sales for Residences at Coffee Creek

Holidays spent with family are so much fun, but at the same time they can be bittersweet when you notice a little something different in a parent or grandparent. It may be that taking care of a home lived in for many years is beginning to be a burden. Or someone has lost a spouse and is spending far too much time home alone. It may be time to consider options for more support; it may be time to find out about senior living. But you think to yourself, this is not the time to deal with all that, we will wait until after the first of the year, or even next Spring to have that conversation.

We say there is no time like the present! Residences at Coffee Creek Senior Living cordially invites families to take our Tours and enjoy our holiday Trees, a fun way to take a break from holiday stress, rather than add to it, and see what life with us has to offer. RSVP for the festivities Wednesday, Dec. 8, between   2:30 to 6:00 p.m. or by calling 219-921-5200 or, visit www.ResidencesSeniorLiving.com.

It takes time to make the decision that is right for you or for a loved one when considering a major move, such as one to senior living. Consider Residences at Coffee Creek your Number One Resource—we are voted Number One in Senior Living and Memory Care—as you start to gather the information you will need. During Tours and Trees, you will have a relaxing opportunity to spend time getting to know our Leadership Team.

They are eager to answer your questions about our health and wellness services, activities and lifestyle, packages and move-in specials. You will be pleasantly surprised to find out, for example, that we offer a month-to-month lease agreement. We also partner with an agent to help with Veterans Aid and Attendance, and our Business Office Manager is your guide if you have long term care insurance. Our Social Services Director specializes in transitions and more for the entire family.

We cannot wait to show you our beautiful, yet warm and friendly environment. Our studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments are going to be another surprise—so spacious. Our restaurant – style dining is always impressive. We have a Bistro for snacks or sandwiches to-go, and of course we will have holiday goodies for you to sample. Our Chef can discuss special diet accommodations, too.

We have a Walkers Club—the wonderful Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve is our front yard and a wonderful way to enjoy conversation with friends while you are getting active. You can even take your dog for a walk, but cats prefer indoors and will wait until you return. Friends – you will make so many new friends here. Right now, the gentlemen are Monday Morning Quarterbacks (every day of the week, actually) or talking golf. The ladies are waiting for Crafts or the next shopping trip. All are checking the calendar for entertainers, Bingo, Hand and Foot Cards, and painting class. You will check their Calendar, too. We could go on and on, but we want you to come in, meet our Life Enrichment Director, and see for yourselves.

There will be holiday gifts and a surprise raffle. (We obviously love surprises.)  The biggest surprise of all is that senior living can enrich your life, and Residences at Coffee Creek has the resources to make the process easier than you expect. Begin before the new year to relieve the stress you anticipate with such a decision. Tours and Trees is a fun way. We cannot wait to meet you and serve your information needs.
