Leroy’s and LARRI team up to help the region

Leroy’s Hot Stuff of Porter will be supporting the Lakeshore Area Regional Recovery of Indiana (LARRI) group with their Last Ride of the Season fundraiser on Sunday, Oct. 3 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

“Leroy is so compassionate about all of the causes that are out there, he really is amazing,” LARRI Executive Director Jane Delligatti said.

All vehicles are welcomed to take part in the ride through Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties after giving a $10 donation. Registration for the event will be from 11 a.m. until noon, and there will also be breakfast available at 10 a.m. for $6, as well as a silent auction, live entertainment and food after the ride is over.
Delligatti hopes the fact that this is the last ride that Leroy is sponsoring for the season will bring a large crowd saying that many riders will not have another chance to take their motorcycles out for a ride like this again until next spring.

They have been in charge of coordinating flood-related disaster recovery in Northwest Indiana by sharing information, simplifying resident’s access to services and jointly resolving cases with natural disaster-caused needs.
Since its inception, LARRI has overseen 3,345 projects.
