Lights of Life events under way

The holiday season has a special glow at Community Hospital in Munster and at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart.

Each campus is sponsoring the annual Lights of Life event.

At Munster, for every light in the display, a $5 donation has been made to support cancer research or in memory of a brave fighter in the battle against cancer; the special people who light up our lives. For a $15 donation, a pink breast cancer pin or a lavender cancer awareness pin can also be sent.

Community Hospital participants can call 219-836-4582 to receive a form or visitwww.comhs.org and click on モWays to Giveヤ to download a donation form.

Crimson lights twinkle in Hobart and another life is saved. The lights on the Hearts of Hope trees outside of St. Mary Medical Center represent donations made to the Community Healthcare System Foundation for Cardiovascular Research to fund vital research for heart disease. Each light on the Heart of Hope trees at St. Maryメs shines in honor or memory of those who fill our hearts with love and joy. Honor someone close to your heart today. St. Mary Medical Center is at 1500 S. Lake Park Ave. Visit he website, as above, or call 219-947-6041.
