Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Foundation has given $2,500 individual grant donations to the South Suburban Family Shelter and to Housing Opportunities.

The funds were provided by the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation, a local chapter of the NRT Foundation that operates as the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The Foundation’s primary purpose is to support housing-related causes in the community.

“It gives us great pleasure to support organizations like Housing Opportunities and South Suburban Family Shelter for all that they have given to the community and the important services they provide to so many in need,” said Frank Larson, regional vice president at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Housing Opportunities goal is to help break the cycle of homelessness by providing preventive and crisis services, from foreclosure prevention to housing for the homeless. The Mission of South Suburban Family Shelter is to provide comprehensive, coordinated services to families in which domestic violence exists without imposing any one solution.
