Three chambers present peer learning workshop

The Duneland Chamber of Commerce along with Hobart Chamber of Commerce and Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce is presenting a breakfast workshop and networking event to answer the question: During times of accelerated change in the workplace, what can we do to solve our workplace challenges more quickly and continue strengthening our skills and abilities to keep up with demand?

The Peer Learning Roundtable Program is an opportunity to learn and collaborate with experts in their industry and your peers. Attendees will be broken into groups, based on the topic of interest selected when registering, to have round table discussions. Categories include: Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Technology, Leadership, Social Media, Website/Google Analytics, Brand/Design, Networking/Elevator Pitch, and Finance/Business Risk.

The first session takes place on Wednesday, Jan. 8 from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Woodland Park in the Sycamore Room, 2100 Willowcreek Road, Portage. Cost is $35. This interactive discussion will be emceed by Theresa Valade of Success-Trek. This is an opportunity to identify practical and actionable tasks to help solve tough problems in less time while sharpening one’s skills. Participants do not have to be a chamber member to attend.
