Monday, May 10, begins women’s health week. And NorthShore Health Center reminds women to put themselves first.  NorthShore Health Center has services to care for every woman.   Annual physicals, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum care, menopause, mammograms, and mental health.  The CDC recommends women prioritize their health.  Especially in a pandemic. How? Practice healthy behaviors by eating a balanced diet – staying active – and not putting off mental health and selfcare. Schedule recommended preventative screenings during women’s health week starting Monday, May 10, at Northshore Health Center in Portage, Chesterton, Lake Station, LaPorte, Merrillville, or Hammond.
